Establishing Patient Information & Management Center (PIMC) E'temed Office

Under the patronage of Mr. Ahmad Abdulazeem Alhamad DCEO – Admin & Finance Directorate, Medical Group and HIMS Team open PIMC (Patient Information & Management Center) on Thursday 10th January, 2019 @ 9:00 am, that is The Newly Established in the General Ahmadi Hospital as part of the hospital plan to broaden the scope of services provided to our patients community.

Establishing Patient Information & Management Center (PIMC) due to patients suffering when they need any services such as request for medical report, "To Whom It May Concern" and other inquires.

Before establishing E'temed Office there was no standardization of Medical Report, no proper verification, no focal area and with the huge size of the new hospital it is difficult for patients to transport from one area to another. Also Difficulties in accessing the controlled area to reach departments’ secretaries. Therefore PIMC is established to be a customer-focused, easy to find, one-place Center where the patients and hospital visitors can request various services:


The range of Services that are provided in PIMC:
  • Request And Receipt Of Medical Reports.
  • Request To Whom It May Concern.
  • Release Of Medical Information.

The location for E’temed office:
  • General Ahmadi Hospital.
  • South well / specialized Ahmadi Hospital.

Working hours:

From Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7:00am to 3:00pm.
